Job Responsibilities:

•    From idea to launch, lead NPI projects and manage the key route to guarantee that launch deadlines are reached.
•    Conducting market analyses for new and current product segments, with a focus on the following:
a.    Estimates of market size and main competitor share
b.    Product benchmarking against competitors
c.    Identifying the key factors that impact a buyer's decision
Internal Stakeholders are being translated and informed of the findings.
•    Product positioning, main benefits, and target consumer are all communicated. For promotional efforts, collaborate with the marketing communications department.
•    Interaction with, and control of, suppliers in the Far East
•    Internal and external stakeholders should be briefed about new goods and the current product portfolio.
