We have an exciting opportunity for an FPV Customer Support Specialist for a Milton Keynes-based Aviation & Aerospace business. Our client is a small but rapidly growing business in a rapidly growing economy, and the demand for assistance is beginning to exceed the capacity of their team at its current capacity. They are looking to develop their customer service team and are looking for an FPV Customer Support Specialist.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of FPV style multi-rotor and fixed-wing craft, their parts, how they should be assembled, installed, and maintained, and how to diagnose a variety of issues with them and their associated equipment.
  • Typist with a high level of proficiency.
  • Strong reading skills, as well as the ability to carefully tailor the writing style to the situation at hand.
  • A warm and approachable personality with a strong desire to support the hobby and its culture.
  • A desire to learn in-depth product technicalities.

Beneficial Skills

  • At any level, the ability to read and write in Mandarin is required.
  • Understanding of the Mechanical Keyboard hobby.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronics and circuitry in general.
  • Video editing and production abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to emails and social media customer service tickets.
  • achieving internal service level goals.
  • Using social media to interact with customers.
  • Directing tickets to relevant colleagues.
  • Communicating with clients, coworkers, and suppliers in order to develop successful and productive solutions.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Comfortable understanding and utilising a wide range of software applications such as eCommerce, inventory management, and support software.
  • Updating and maintaining the internal and customer-facing knowledge base posts.
  • Customer and courier returns are processed, which includes diagnosing and repairing parts and equipment.
  • Organising returned items.
  • Refunds and return shipping arrangements.
