We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Education Consultant role in a London-based Education Administration company. It is currently looking to hire an individual for their London Office. This role offers an exciting opportunity, centered around people, placing the individual at the core of the business. They will collaborate with parents, students, and British schools or universities to support students on their journey into and through a British education. The individual will work closely with students, providing mentorship, motivation, and tailored support to help them reach their goals.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 3 years of relevant experience is essential.
- Mandarin fluency is preferred.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary business representative for students and families, providing professional and informed responses to both internal and external inquiries while ensuring positive business outcomes for the company.
- Foster strong relationships with students, tutors, and families by maintaining effective communication as needed.
- Accurately assess students' needs and recommend appropriate educational support.
- Guide tutors in following designated education pathways with students, ensuring these pathways are well-documented and communicated clearly.
- Assign tutor responsibilities effectively, ensuring proper coordination where necessary.
- Manage and mentor tutors, offering support when needed. Conduct regular reviews of tutor performance to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues that arise.
- Utilize the company's comprehensive lesson resources to create a dynamic and fast-paced learning environment for both students and tutors.
- Regularly update and utilize key operational systems.
- Develop strong professional relationships both within the company and with commercial partners and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with schools and academic institutions regarding students, aiming to provide a comprehensive tutoring approach when possible.
- As the role may evolve, maintain flexibility and openness toward business needs and varied responsibilities. Be prepared to adapt and use a wide range of skills and resources as the company expands.
- Commit to personal development by conducting self-assessments after external meetings, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and addressing them accordingly. Stay dedicated to skill development in line with the organization's changing needs.
