We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive in a UK-based FX/CFD broker with headquarters in Manchester. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Account Executive will be a key member of a dynamic, high-energy team dedicated to sales and innovation, with a strong commitment to providing tailored liquidity solutions through their extensive network.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics is preferred, with a Master's degree considered an asset.
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of a 2.1 overall grade from a top-tier UK university.
  • Prior experience in the financial sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proactive and accountable, capable of working independently and efficiently under pressure.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and ease of interacting with various organizational roles and functions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented sales environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • On-site work is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish trading opportunities with newly registered customers.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue growth and client acquisition targets.
  • Foster proactive client relationship management throughout the sales process and across all trades.
  • Assess client portfolios, including client types and regional trends, to provide customized services.
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, such as phone and email, to generate and convert sales.
  • Address complex client issues by identifying risks and weaknesses, and implementing necessary solutions.
  • Develop and refine sales processes to ensure long-term customer relationship management.
  • Work closely with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction, provide training, and coordinate efforts across the sales network.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to offer clients informed insights.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, collaborating with control functions like Dealing, Compliance, and Finance.
