We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant role in a London-based Real Estate firm. It is London's leading property developer and asset manager, a company that specializes in the development, investing, building, and operating of all residential areas, luxury properties, luxury serviced residences, and student housing. The Operations Assistant will collaborate with a fantastic team of local and international colleagues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of an undergraduate degree (Preferred majors in operations, sales, or accounting).
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and execute tasks.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English (both written and verbal communication) is imperative.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, creativity, willingness to learn, and excels in teamwork.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce daily reports to monitor the progress of the sales team in China.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with China's sales team and legal representatives to facilitate visa applications, fingerprinting, and residence permit (RP) processing.
- Oversee service agreements and accompanying documents with business partners.
- Collaborate with the Accounting department to track payments and generate confirmation letters.
- Maintain the filing system and ensure the team remains informed of all operational and sales-related information.
- Review and manage the list of upcoming clients, and coordinate with the Greek team to arrange inspection trips.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to consolidate sales target status and results, providing comprehensive information for decision-making and evaluating marketing fees.
- Perform any other tasks related to these responsibilities.
