We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager role in a London-based Real Estate agency. The agency works with a large network of wealthy clients who want to purchase commercial and residential properties in the UK real estate market. For the position of Real Estate Business Development Manager, they are looking for someone highly motivated, experienced, and entrepreneurial.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.
- At least two years of work experience in the real estate industry, particularly with an estate agency.
- A bachelor's degree or higher is essential.
- Excellent business development and strategic planning abilities.
- An aptitude for working in a startup environment and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Outstanding sales and negotiating abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market.
- Chinese speakers are preferred.
- A strong industry network is advantageous.
