We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Conveyancing Team Leader role in a London-based law firm. It is a progressive, modern law firm that offers specialised legal services. They are looking for a highly skilled and driven Commercial Conveyancing Team Leader to manage a limited caseload of Commercial Property files while overseeing and mentoring a team of junior fee earners. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of commercial conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold purchases and sales. Applicants must be a solicitor or qualified conveyancer with at least five years of experience handling transactions from initial inquiry through to post-completion. A strong commercial mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional client care are essential. Additionally, candidates should possess the leadership skills to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Job Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or Licensed Conveyancer.

Must be able to commute reliably or plan relocation before starting.

Minimum of five years of experience in commercial conveyancing.

Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred.

Proven experience in leading successful teams.

Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets.

Strong organisational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct a team of commercial conveyancers, providing guidance, encouragement, and a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor the commercial conveyancing team's caseload to ensure that transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Uphold strict guidelines and industry best practices while maintaining high standards of quality in all conveyancing transactions.
- Identify and address team training needs through ongoing professional development initiatives.
- Support the team in achieving both individual and team KPIs and goals through performance management.
