We have an exciting opportunity for an Account / Customer Manager for a Supermarket company in Shirebrook. Our client is a rapidly expanding product designer, manufacturer, and distributor in a single scale enterprise. They have increased their investment in product design in order to shape a more competitive core.
As Account / Customer Manager, you will coordinate the company's customer's daily work with the sourcing team, buyers, and designers.
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and English both verbally and in writing
- You will have strong sales and contract negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, be commercially minded, and be able to interpret data to create sales strategies.
- You will have demonstrated B2B sales experience in the retail Sports / Fitness / Leisure sector, working as a Business Development Manager, International Sales Manager, National Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or a similar role.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Collecting market inquiries from the client's Sourcing Team, as well as organising and delivering related samples
- To assist the Sourcing Team in confirming the price, quality, and performance of samples in order to facilitate order placement.
- Work on communication during order follow-up
- To assist in the completion of quality improvement and product development for designated product categories through customer feedback after-sales survey on product sales status in store
- Marketing research for customer needs in order to generate new business opportunities
- To assist in increasing the number of current accounts sold in the United Kingdom.
- Acquisition of new customers
