We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager role in a Beijing based Internet company. The company is a massive online retailer that works closely with both domestic and leading international brands to deliver fresh food, fashion, home appliances, and other products to customers. The company is looking for an experienced bilingual person to fill this role.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor's degree or above is required.
It is advantageous to have prior experience working in a Retail / E-Commerce / FMCG setting / 3PL.
It is preferable to have good business judgement and critical thinking skills.
Working experience in a dynamic cross-functional organisation.
Be able to commute to the Midland warehouse site.
Mandarin and English fluency.
Expertise in MS Office applications, as well as excellent written and vocal communication abilities.
Problem-solver by nature.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure that the warehouse operation team is completely up to date on the customers' orders.
Communicate outgoing orders anticipated shipment dates to the clients.
Provides a professional service solution by offering excellent customer care for incorrect orders and other difficulties by coordinating with last-mile delivery vendors.
Create and manage communication protocols to enable the seamless and effective flow of correct information between internal teams (IT team, Product, Sales, Finance) and the external teams.
Create innovative strategies for streamlining operations and lowering expenses.
Prepare weekly and monthly bills, as well as frequent reports and statistics.
