We have an opportunity for Marketing Associate role in a prestigious Real Estate company based in London. The company has presence in various countries and is willing to induct a responsible and experienced marketing person who can develop and execute strategy for its residential and commercial property portfolio.
Job Requirements:
• It is essential to be bilingual in Mandarin and English.
• Working in a professional marketing setting for at least one year is required.
• Excellent communication, writing, and design abilities.
• At all levels, confident in working with internal and external stakeholders.
• A self-starter with ambition, passion, and a desire to succeed.
• Skills in Microsoft Office (Advanced on PowerPoint).
• Professional Services or a related sector experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Working with the Residential Executive Team and department leaders to develop plans that will assist the firm to achieve its commercial goals
• Assisting the fulfilment of agreed-upon marketing plans by ensuring that marketing assistants and external providers have clear objectives and guidance
• Working closely with other cross-divisional marketing departments (PR, digital, creative and internal communications) to ensure operations are in line with the Residential Business's requirements and objectives.
• Creating a marketing strategy
• Conducting progress assessments with the Residential and broader marketing communications teams against the agreed-upon plan
• Ascertaining that important key performance indicators are linked with the business strategy(s) and marketing plan and that they are monitored regularly
• Contribute to the creation of marketing performance reports
