We have an exciting opportunity for a China Desk Residential Sales job role for a real estate company based in London. The company has offices in London and other Asian countries and is looking for a skilled salesperson that can provide great sales results on time and on budget.
Job Requirements:
• A minimum of one year of experience working in the international residential property market is required.
• A minimum of one year's experience working with Chinese investors is required.
• It is preferable if you are a university graduate.
• A proven track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to create and maintain sales pipelines over time.
• Accurate, numerate, and computer savvy.
• It is essential to be bilingual in Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Selling residential houses in the United Kingdom and meeting sales targets.
• Answer questions from potential buyers about investing in international real estate and give expert investment advice.
• Customer service commitment, including after-sales and sales advancement.
• Maintain connections with intermediaries, partners, and other service providers.
• It's likely that some weekend labour will be required.
• Working with objectives and deadlines is a strength.
