We have an exciting opportunity for a Investment Associate (M&A) for a consumer goods company based in London. Our client is one of Europe's fastest expanding firms, with a strong aim of being Europe's leading company acquirer and operator. They want to recruit the right people to build an awesome business atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Agile, creative mentality capable of success in a fast-paced world.
- Fast learner, critical thinker, and team member.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering, or economics from a prestigious university is chosen.
- Working knowledge in investment banking or transaction advisory.
- It is particularly desirable to be familiar with the due diligence method of M&A transactions.
- Immediately available (strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the co-founders, who have over ten years of expertise in ecommerce and private equity.
- Create your own sourcing networks and maintain your broker partnerships.
- Prospective acquisition priorities are screened, and the internal M&A pipeline is managed.
- Due diligence of financial and economic matters should be carried out.
- Create and use financial templates to help you make decisions.
