We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Operator role in a Scotland-based Food and Beverage Services Company. The main objective of the role is to efficiently and preemptively develop and sustain relationships with new and current clients.
Job Requirements:

- Experience in a telesales production selling environment.
- Strong background in business-to-business/telesales sales.
- Experience within a warehouse operation/transport environment.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes daily and meet monthly targets and objectives.
- Confidence in dealing with individuals of all levels over the telephone and email is desirable.
- Essential: IT literate.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Chinese and Mandarin is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Re-canvassing existing advertising customers.
- Being fully knowledgeable about all stock.
- Participating in training, development activities, and performance reviews as required.
- Meeting outgoing call productivity targets in line with department minimum standards.
- Ensuring individual weekly/monthly sales targets are achieved.
- Entering all customer orders, alterations, and cancellations into the computer system.
- Ensuring all order details are read back to the customer from the confirmation screen for all bookings.
- Offering all relevant products and associated offers where appropriate.
- Building strong relationships.
- Engaging in business-to-business selling.
- Handling high call volumes daily and meeting monthly targets and objectives.
- Proactively closing deals, cross-selling, and retaining business.
- Daily interaction with clients.
- Daily face-to-face interaction with colleagues and management.
- Attendance at telesales meetings as required.
- Assist the Telesales Supervisor in achieving targets.
- Monitor performance indicators.
- Maintain a personal development plan, reviewed at regular intervals.
- Align with company objectives.
- Meet client objectives.
