Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary representative of the company for both students and their families, ensuring that you provide well-informed, professional, and courteous responses to inquiries from both internal and external sources.
• Always be mindful of maintaining a positive reputation and profitability for Libra Education.
• Establish strong and effective relationships with students, tutors, and families as needed, ensuring clear and supportive communication at all times.
• Foster professional relationships internally within the organization and with commercial partners and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate effectively with schools and academic institutions concerning students, promoting a comprehensive approach to tutoring whenever possible.
• Accurately assess students and recommend suitable products to students and their families, ensuring that these assessments adhere to the company's guidelines.
• Develop relevant educational pathways for tutors to follow with students, documenting and communicating these pathways appropriately.
• Assign tutor responsibilities appropriately, facilitating effective communication as needed.
• Efficiently oversee and mentor tutors in their roles, providing necessary support.
• Conduct periodic reviews of tutor performance to ensure they meet quality standards and resolve any issues satisfactorily.
• Plan, create, and provide teaching materials for lessons, maintaining a repository of lesson plans and resources as necessary.
• Conduct tutoring sessions with students when required.
• Maintain an adaptable approach to the business and its various duties and responsibilities.
• This role is likely to evolve, and the role holder should be prepared to utilize a wide range of skills and resources to adapt to the business's growth.
• Commit to self-improvement by conducting self-appraisals following relevant external meetings, addressing strengths and weaknesses accordingly.
