We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager role in a fast-growing and professional real estate company, based in North London specializing in residential property management, lettings, and sales. They are seeking to hire an experienced Chinese speaker to fill this position.
Job Requirements :
• Proficiency in Chinese is required.
• Bookkeeping and Data Entry skills are required.
• Multitasking skills to run all aspects of property management services.
• Experience in property management is preferable.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Dealing with repairs and maintenance.
- Bookkeeping - invoices etc, issuing Landlord statements.
- Data entry - Uploading property information on portals.
- Coordination of tenancy: offer letter, references, tenancy agreement, inventory and cleaning arrangement, check-in, and so on.
- Deposit compliance and deposit refund form preparation.
- Utility switch, Conducting Right to Rent Check.
- Property visits when required.
- Performing other administrative duties.
