We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant role in a London-based startup. The Personal Assistant will help with a variety of tasks, including diary management, travel, and personal tasks. An experienced PA with the ability to accommodate extensive travel when necessary would be ideal for this position.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual skill sets in both Chinese and English are required.
- Experience managing a diary in a similar position in the past.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding organisational abilities and the capacity to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the self-assurance to work with senior management.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactive diary administration.
- Efficient inbox management and gatekeeping.
- Planning internal and external meetings.
- Organising travel, visas, hotels, and cars, and creating detailed travel itineraries.
- Conducting expenses, issuing POs/invoices, booking couriers, taking minutes/notes, ordering catering for meetings, greeting guests, and so on.
