We have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Sales Executive role in Software Development based in Atlanta. The business is a pioneer in supplying the restaurant and retail industries in the US with cutting-edge Point of Sale & Business Technology. They are seeking to hire an experienced bilingual sales executive who is always willing to surpass targets at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degrees are preferable.
- 2-4 years in a comparable sales position are necessary at the very least.
- It is necessary to have strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Office software.
- Motivated and capable of working in a proactive, fast-paced environment.
- Mandarin speakers are preferred.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Have a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Make sufficient D2D visits and phone calls each month to fulfill a POS sales quota of 3 in the first 90 days; 10 over the next 90 days; and after 180 days, 5 POS per month.
- As needed, submit weekly and monthly reports to the District Manager.
- Make certain that the client or potential client receives the pertinent information, materials, etc. to make a quick decision.
- Guide qualified prospects to the next stage of the sales process by scheduling a follow-up conversation with the prospect.
- Weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.) are met and exceeded.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Have a business mindset in addition to a sales mindset.
- Maintain a desire to outperform the competition.
- Every business day, make a certain number of QUALITY calls and visits.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity possible.
- Understand your product thoroughly and how it stacks up against the competition.
