We have an exciting opportunity for a Tour Guide role in a UK-based Travel Arrangements company. It is London's top sightseeing business and provides various opulent trips in addition to other services. A full-time professional bi-lingual in Mandarin/English is required to join the London-based team. Working with tourists visiting London is part of the job.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of tour guide experience (preferred).
• Outstanding communication and listening abilities.
• A distinct English-speaking voice.
• Mandarin fluency is required.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and energised.
• Flexibility and the capacity to oversee a sizable workforce
• Capability to conduct research and gather information and facts about visited sites.
• Work authorization in the United Kingdom is required.
• Anyone who speaks a European language is welcome.
