We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time IT and Systems Manager role in a global Marketing and Advertising company. The firm is a marketing and advertising agency that provides a wide range of marketing and advertising services such as Digital Media, Programmatic Media Solutions, Digital & Interactive Creative, Mobile Marketing Services, and many more. They are looking for a Mandarin-speaking tech all-rounder to develop and manage IT and systems across its European offices. To manage multiple objectives in a fast-paced startup environment, the applicant must have excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Utilizing Microsoft OS and macOS with excellent proficiency and demonstrated experience.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, WordPress, Adobe, and Zoom, as well as Chinese online platforms (Feishu / Lark, HelloFont, VooV, Alipay, Baidu Pan, WeChat, and so on).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and carry them out effectively in a time-constrained situation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
