We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time IT and Systems Manager role in a global Marketing and Advertising company. The firm is a marketing and advertising agency that provides a wide range of marketing and advertising services such as Digital Media, Programmatic Media Solutions, Digital & Interactive Creative, Mobile Marketing Services, and many more. They are looking for a Mandarin-speaking tech all-rounder to develop and manage IT and systems across its European offices. To manage multiple objectives in a fast-paced startup environment, the applicant must have excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude.

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Utilizing Microsoft OS and macOS with excellent proficiency and demonstrated experience.
Knowledge of Google Workspace, WordPress, Adobe, and Zoom, as well as Chinese online platforms (Feishu / Lark, HelloFont, VooV, Alipay, Baidu Pan, WeChat, and so on).
Ability to prioritise tasks and carry them out effectively in a time-constrained situation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
