We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant role in a real estate company based in London. The agency is looking for a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to help with routine administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the agency.

Job Requirements:

Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
Capability to manage a diverse and difficult workload.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Patient and responsible demeanour.
The ability to operate under pressure and prioritise tasks.
Completely computer literate.
Customer service that is both kind and professional (including an impeccable telephone manner).
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as being an honest and trustworthy individual.
A general understanding of IT and computer work, including familiarity with typical letting agency software.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail, as well as a knack for problem-solving.
Cantonese and Mandarin fluency (both speaking and writing).
Although qualification to industry-recognized standards (such as NAEA, NFOPP, and ARLA) is desired, though is not essential.
Strong negotiation abilities, fueled by a competitive mindset, are desired.
Property knowledge is preferable.

Responsibilities

Making travel and viewing arrangements.
Taking calls and setting up meetings.
Organizing and upkeep of office systems.
Working closely with senior management.
Creating company documentation.
Maintaining strict confidentiality.
Organizing their manager's complete schedule.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism among employees.
