We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Concierge role in a London-based Residential Management company. The Concierge's purpose is to establish a safe residential environment, the greatest degree of intuitive service, and customer care - all while maintaining individualised communication/interaction with all stakeholders in accordance with agreed-upon service standards and protocols.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as a point of contact for all residents' visitors over the phone, in person, via email, and through any other means of communication.
- Support the efficient move-in and move-out of residents
- Keeping complete records for each guest.
- Receiving and managing all deliveries for residents, ensuring necessary reporting is accurate.
- Send residents notifications as necessary using the appropriate apps
- Ensure that everyone has a consistent understanding of our vision, our history, and any other service standards or operational procedures, and work with the house manager to put these into practise to ensure the satisfaction of our residents and visitors.
- Patrols frequently as necessary.
- Manage resident reservations and needs for the amenities spaces in accordance with sops.
- Give locals advice on places to visit, and help them with bookings for restaurants, buying tickets, and making travel arrangements as needed.
- Key management and tracking to maintain a secure and safe environment at all times.
- All resident and internal inquiries should be coordinated with the appropriate departments to ensure action.
- Accountable for preserving the best possible database of resident preferences.
- Observe all protocols and instructions related to quality assurance, FLHSS, in general.
- Maximise revenue potential and continuously uphold the required level of resident satisfaction.
- Manage all incoming resident requests for premium leisure activities and work with the amenities staff to quickly and efficiently come up with creative solutions.
- Completely comprehend how to use the SPIKE, Cinema, KTV, Music System, and Booking Room programmes to make sure residents' requests are entered promptly and followed up on through to completion to make sure the resident is happy.
- Make sure the right information is gathered in accordance with how the space is used, take note of preferences, and get ready for those Everlasting Moments.
- Establishing reliable connections and a good rapport with HNWIs.
- Any request that necessitates an alternative solution should be met with Negotiate NO.
- Assist the GM of Amenities in establishing and preserving a strong rapport with the neighborhood's restaurants, attractions, and other service providers.
- To foster an atmosphere of warmth and care, welcome and greet our residents, their guests, and visitors.
- To ensure that the engagement and escalation goals concerning amenity requests are met, promote and respond right away before escalation with SPIKE.
- Participate in departmental training as scheduled.
- To provide our residents with uplifting and delightful moments, complete all daily duties indicated in the shift work list contained in SPIKE in a proactive, professional, and timely manner.
- Execute any additional tasks or projects outlined by the house manager.
- Assisting the on-site teams as necessary to ensure that any events planned in recreation areas go off without a hitch.
- Doing thorough and educational handovers with coworkers inside the community to ensure a smooth service.
