We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager role in a Restaurant Group based in London. The company has expanded throughout the Uk and has been recognised as one of the best restaurant brands in terms of customer satisfaction. The group is currently seeking to hire Chinese speaking experienced Restaurant Manager for this position.
Job Requirements:
- Experience managing or assisting in the management of restaurant staff.
- Chinese proficiency.
- Must have local experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
- A pleasant and efficient service style with a focus on meticulousness.
- A well-organized and personable managerial style, as well as the ability to prioritise and delegate efficiently.
- Passion for all things food and drink.
- Excellent customer service focused while interacting with both internal and external parties.
- Organisational and time management abilities, as well as the capacity and desire to multitask.
- Adaptability and willingness to explore priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Capability to carry out responsibilities efficiently with little supervision or instruction.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with the Head Chef to ensure the restaurant runs well while keeping a calm and informal atmosphere.
- Keeping track of employee schedules and leave applications.
- Setting a good example in terms of attitude and professionalism.
- Effective employee recruitment and training.
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure product quality and identify local and sustainable vendors.
- Maintaining safe working conditions while adhering to all food safety protocols and health and safety standards.
- Inventory control and procurement, as well as stock, takes on a regular basis.
- Identifying possibilities and implementing ways to increase sales, as well as collaborating with management to accomplish revenue targets.
- Adherence to all corporate policies and procedures.
- Complete documentation, organisation.
