We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive role in a Hospitality business based in Surrey. The business hosts a world-class golf course and is looking for a Marketing Executive to help with important marketing projects and support the Marketing team.
Job Requirements:
- Mandarin Chinese speaker.
- It is necessary to have excellent writing, editing, proofing, layout, and professional publishing abilities, as well as the ability to express thoughts vocally.
- Excellent grammatical knowledge is required.
- A competent speaker and presenter.
- Proactive and business-minded individual.
- Have excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Solid knowledge and awareness of current developments in marketing and promotional approaches are necessary.
- Working understanding of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud products, Jonas, and MailChimp is required.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Assure that all marketing objectives are communicated effectively and on-brand.
- Ensure that all written content in distribution, whether online or offline, adheres to brand requirements, has a consistent tone, and is grammatically accurate.
- Assure that all marketing communications activities are carried out in a timely and inventive way, utilising a range of marketing methods.
- When required, assists the Marketing Department in communicating with Members and Partners.
- Provides administrative and ad hoc project support.
- Assist as a Concierge.
- Responds promptly to all Member inquiries.
- Provides exceptional service to Members and VIPs.
- With proper follow-up, help Members and owners in a courteous, active, and efficient manner.
- Knows everything there is to know about the company and its portfolio in the UK and internationally.
- Comprehend brand rules and uses the brand voice consistently across all channels.
- Conduct competition analysis and market research.
- Monitoring marketing news updates and reporting to management on developing trends.
- Assist the Marketing Director in planning meetings and coordinating schedules.
- Assist in filling in for Marketing Team Members who are on leave.
