We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Event Executive role in an Events Services firm based in London. With out-of-the-box concepts, the organisation specialised in end-to-end customised commercial events. A competent and skilled Event Management Executive is wanted to join this small team of highly motivated and engaged individuals to execute global executive-level events, both online and physical.
Job Requirements:
- GCSE or an equivalent grade (preferred).
- MS Office software user with proficiency.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and swift to learn.
- Fluency in Mandarin and or Cantonese.
- Open to traveling to Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok & several others.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- From coordinating with venues through speaker recruiting, content research, agenda design, and logistics preparations, conduct business summits (physical and virtual events).
- Conducting the summits onsite.
- Relationship management with customers.
- Overseeing the whole project and collaborating with colleagues from other departments to get the best possible results.
