We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Support Customer Service role in a Leasing Real Estate agency based in London. The firm is an all-in-one top property service that specialises in advising foreign HNW customers on UK property investments. It is seeking to hire Mandarin Speaker to fill this role.

Job Requirements:

Mandarin and English fluency (spoken and written).
Outstanding coordination and administrative abilities.
Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to build positive relationships with clients, business contacts, and internal teams are required.
Have excellent oral and writing communication abilities, as well as the ability to express information clearly and concisely.
Capable of collaborating closely with different teams to achieve the company's common goals.
Have high attention to detail.
Excellent time management abilities, as well as the capacity to handle workload independently at peak times.
Must be authorised to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the lettings staff across branches and the managing partners.
Maximize the satisfaction of all clients by providing great customer service.
Collaborate with coworkers for routine operations.
Visit premises to conduct inspections, resolve concerns, and generate reports.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshooting and finding answers to client issues.
Help tenants and landlords comprehend English by translating it into Chinese.
Accompany customers on property visits.
Appoint third-party contractors and tracking of their progress.
