We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant role in a China-based Consumer Electronics company. The company is the UK chapter of a multinational firm with rapid expansion and one of the most recognisable global brands. It is currently seeking to hire a person with the relevant skill to work under the supervision of the HR manager.
Job Requirements:
- It is necessary to be fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English.
- It is preferable to have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a similar discipline.
- Work history in HR or an administrative position is desired.
- Conversant with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, particularly with Excel).
- Organisational and time management abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Proactive and self-assured, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Administration of payroll and benefits.
- Recruiting activity, such as CV submission and interview scheduling.
- HQ reporting, comprising cost analysis, employee registration, and so forth.
- Staff induction, personnel database management, and HR expense recording and other general HR responsibilities.
- Other ad hoc assistance as needed.
