We have an exciting opportunity for an Amazon Account Manager role in a London based exporter company. The company is a dedicated exporter with in-company design, marketing, and merchandising departments to provide consumers with a variety of production alternatives. The company is currently looking for an experienced person to join the flourishing company as an Amazon account manager to participate in its growth.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1 - 2 years of sales or account management experience is required
• Mandarin and English proficiency is a must
• Experience with external client engagement in a highly analytical, results-oriented workplace
• Excellent writing and verbal communication and presentation abilities, as well as the ability to communicate ideas rationally and concise
• A strong grasp of and enthusiasm for e-commerce is required
• Knowledge in e-commerce, retail, marketing, or media is a plus
• It is extremely beneficial to have prior expertise persuading C-level executives
• Expertise in dealing with Amazon Marketplace, including knowing APIs, robust product rating, and other tools for increasing Amazon sales
• familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
• Excellent time management and project management abilities are required
• Detail-oriented and adept at the data input
• Understand fundamental arithmetic abilities for pricing materials, costing orders, and monitoring inventory stock levels
• When dealing with customers, demonstrate the ability to think outside the box to offer solutions that provide value to the client
• Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the company
• Have good problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing the seller connection at Amazon through advocating for the vendor's requirements. Create solid communication lines at all levels of the seller's organisation, set appropriate expectations, offer clear status updates, and manage toward a development strategy
• Create and execute a strategic account strategy to achieve major business possibilities for both the seller and Amazon
• By collaborating with the business development and onboarding teams, drive new product campaigns and relationship expansions
• Collaborate with sellers to enhance operational parts of their business to provide a fantastic customer experience
• Perform in-depth study and give regular executive-level reports on the seller's present company and prospects. Publish data-driven suggestions and action plans
• Offering thought leadership in the areas of planning, strategies, and execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Create presenting strategies and sales presentations, as well as play an active and essential role in the presentation process
• Gather, organise, write, and deliver project briefings to internal teams
• Coordinate and be responsible for client initiatives, paying specific attention to resource tracking and management
• Identify project hazards ahead of time and devise mitigation methods
• Inform clients about new tactics, ideas, and possibilities to boost their marketing efforts
