We have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor role in a London based Financial Services company. The firm provides competent guidance on a wide variety of financial products. The company is currently seeking an individual with the necessary skill to join the team as a Mortgage Advisor who will be a key person in the business growth.
Job Requirements:
• CeMAP (or similar) certification.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
• Strong numerical and writing abilities.
• The capacity to communicate complicated facts in a clear and effective manner.
• The capacity to efficiently manage workload.
• The desire and ambition to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Multi-channel lead management.
• Provide great customer service by assessing our customers' requirements and situations and making the best recommendation for them.
• Observe SMCR-compliant regulatory and ethical norms.
• Adherence to policies and processes must be demonstrated.
• Strive to outperform agreed-upon service standards and objectives.
• Work in line with the Company's ethical lending and underwriting standards, as well as the regulatory standards.
