We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant role with a London-based skincare firm. Our client is dedicated to bringing new methodologies through research and development as well as displaying cutting-edge technology and expertise curated from around the world.
They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to work in the London centre.
Requirements:
- An experienced Customer Service Assistant with at least two years of experience is required.
- Experience in a related field, preferably cosmetic/plastic surgery or an Aesthetic context, is required.
- Although not required, fluency in Mandarin would be desirable.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Responding to common inquiries from patients via phone and email
- Keeping our consumers up to date on the latest developments and ongoing promos
- Front-line procedures, such as appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering, are performed.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and conduct routine checks
- To place outgoing cold calls
- To assist sales consultants by setting up appointments
- Update of client information on internal database
- Other ad hoc duties related to patient satisfaction
- At all times, demonstrating high levels of customer service
