Our Client is a leading independent estate agent providing a comprehensive service to their customers, including Sales, Lettings, Property Management, and professional advice. The Client is looking to recruit a new Chinese Speech Lettings Tenancy Progressor for its Wandsworth Office, someone who is an ambitious person, dedicated to the success and proud of everything the client does.
Required Skills :
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft / XL computer systems, etc. (Knowledge on CFP preferred but not a necessity, as training, will be provided)
- Experience working in the Administrator's role, preferably from the Property, Estate Agency context, but this is not necessary as training will be given.
- Ability to connect effectively at all levels by phone, e-mail, and in person.
- Quick typing and well-spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and strict deadlines with a minimum of supervision.
- Willingness to work on its own initiative with a hard-working, highly motivated, and positive attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and flexibly in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaising on improvement between tenants and landlords.
- Handling Process of referencing, tenancy progression, and any administration required.
- Prepare a tenancy agreement/paperwork.
- Checking that all documents have been signed and that initial monies have been received prior to the release of the key.
- Connecting with suppliers and contractors.
- Handle both phone and email inquiries to provide outstanding customer service.
- Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, keys, electrical checks / EPCs, cleaning where necessary.
