We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Picker and Packer role in an Australia-based retail company. Starting as a modest venture, this e-commerce fashion brand has swiftly scaled into a global powerhouse, reaching over 130 countries, and continues to expand. They are seeking a Mandarin-speaking picker and packer for their warehouse located in the UK.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Requirements include basic reading skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, quality checking, and attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse experience would be preferred, but not required.
- Physical endurance and the ability to lift objects
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- A GED, high school degree, or comparable
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package products according to customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before shipping.
- Manage and organize materials to streamline inventory and fulfill orders efficiently.
- Label products or containers with identification details, including pricing.
- Maintain product organization and rotation to ensure proper stock management.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and report any concerns to minimize risks.
- Sort out damaged, defective, excess, or outdated stock for appropriate handling.
