We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Consultant role in a Real Estate company based in London. They seek individuals with a track record of success in the lettings sector and an ambition to advance to higher roles within the department, contingent on demonstrated performance.
Job Requirements:
- Eager, tolerant, and amiable individuals ready to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Collaborative individuals capable of working autonomously as well.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the rental sector, preferably in a customer-facing position.
- Familiarity with property regulations, adherence to standards, and a keen interest in acquiring knowledge about rental laws.
- Exceptional abilities in communication, interaction, negotiation, and organization.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is advantageous but not obligatory.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform property viewings and inspections, guaranteeing compliance on behalf of landlords.
- Actively pursue new business to expand our property management portfolio.
- Provide support to the lettings team by offering training, guidance, and meeting targets.
- Collaborate with the company director to enhance and grow the lettings department.
- Attend property valuations and secure new instructions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to generate leads for potential landlords.
- Manage the entire process of tenancy agreements from initiation to completion.
