We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager role in a London-based real estate company. The firm is a real estate investment and development firm that has established itself as a prominent property developer, trader, and administrator. This role is in charge of developing marketing strategies to support the company's global expansion, particularly in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, for a wide range of brands; and working with key stakeholders, groups, and partners globally.
Job Requirements:
- Multichannel marketing experience for at least 5 years.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Prior international marketing experience is required, as is the ability to service marketing needs in various target markets.
- Mandarin fluency and excellent written and verbal English are required.
- Budget management experience is preferred.
- Strong project management abilities, the capacity to work under pressure, and the ability to efficiently manage time while juggling multiple priorities, due dates, and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with people from different teams and stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Organizing and planning events experience.
- Prior line management expertise.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the capacity to act proactively and independently at all times.
- Outstanding at working in teams and putting ideas into practice.
- A self-driven person with the capacity to motivate others.
- Self-assured and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have experience working in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and assess marketing and communications plans that will help brands expand in target markets and cost-effectively deliver high-quality leads.
- Deliver top-notch marketing materials and potent advertising for all of your projects and brands.
- Plan, create, and execute incredibly successful marketing campaigns for the launch of new products.
- Create innovative ideas and solutions in a variety of media.
- Oversee the marketing team.
- Guarantee delivery is on schedule and within budget for new product launches, project managers coordinate activities across teams and the agency network.
- Plan and execute cost-effective marketing campaigns for projects in close collaboration with partner agencies.
- Make sure that sales teams are aware of recent and upcoming marketing initiatives and product launches and are actively involved in them.
- Responsible for reviewing the performance of all of our websites and ensuring that content is up to date across every digital medium.
- Organise, carry out, and assess digital campaigns, and offer regular performance updates across all digital channels.
- Create cost-effective leads with digital campaigns.
- Initiate the team's implementation of social media plans and strategies for sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Weibo, WeChat, etc.
- Become in charge of protecting all the brands associated.
- Ensure that the brand identity is consistent across every channel.
- Create templates and best practices with the team.
