We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant role in a Computer Hardware Manufacturing Company based in London. It is a well-known brand in the gaming, content creation, business & productivity, and AIoT solutions sectors, with a significant international footprint spanning more than 120 nations. The sales assistant will provide thorough sales support by liaising with various head office departments, regional sales teams, and UK clients and ensuring that the sale order is delivered to clients promptly.

Job Requirements:

Providing day-to-day assistance to the Product Manager.
Process and arrange stock reports, sales orders, and sales order records.
Follow up on and process: Invoices, credit notes, SOA operations, client payment history, and reporting to financial teams.
Following up on the logistic status after the client places the sales order, which includes collaborating with the headquarters' logistic department, providing feedback to local sales teams, and informing UK clients.
Assist the sales team by monitoring product listing and channel implementation on managed accounts.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

A-Levels or equivalent are required.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong verbal, typing, and communication abilities in both English and Chinese are essential.
Capability to work under duress.
Proactive, cooperative, well-organized, and punctual.
A strong understanding of commercial electronics markets is desired.
