We have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor role in a London-based Financial Services company. The firm provides competent guidance on a wide variety of financial products. The company is currently seeking an individual with the necessary skills to join the team as a Mortgage Advisor who will be a key person in the business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is a fundamental requirement for this role.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage broking is essential.
- CeMAP or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
- Experience with protection products would also be advantageous.
- A demonstrated history of providing exceptional service and advice is necessary.
- Capability to establish and foster robust client relationships is vital.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are expected.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential.
- Self-motivated and determined to achieve success.
- A positive, optimistic, and solution-oriented approach is highly valued.
- Dependable and consistently acts with integrity.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Multi-channel lead management.
• Provide great customer service by assessing our customers' requirements and situations and making the best recommendation for them.
• Observe SMCR-compliant regulatory and ethical norms.
• Adherence to policies and processes must be demonstrated.
• Strive to outperform agreed-upon service standards and objectives.
• Work in line with the Company's ethical lending and underwriting standards, as well as the regulatory standards.
