We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager role in a London-based dynamic and rapidly expanding agency that provides a comprehensive suite of services for investors, encompassing Lettings, Property Management, Sales, Furniture, Maintenance, Renovation, etc. They are looking for an experienced and hardworking Property Manager to join the team.

Job Requirements:

Experience in Landlord and Tenant law is required.
Property Management experience of at least one year is required.
Must be systematic in approach, guaranteeing that inquiries are sorted and addressed promptly.
Must be dedicated to customer service, aiming to respond to Landlords within 24 hours through various communication channels (email, WeChat, WhatsApp).
Capable of working autonomously, taking charge of scheduling calendar and tasks, including arranging property inspections.
Must be affable and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinating with our in-house maintenance team to promptly address reported maintenance issues and keep clients informed.
Handling insurance claims on behalf of Landlords, obtaining quotes, and successfully managing the claims process.
Regular property visits have to be conducted to report any issues to the Landlords.
Efficiently managing correspondence, including follow-ups for payment of invoices such as ground rents and service charges.
Ensuring property safety and compliance with licensing requirements for applicable properties in your portfolio is crucial.
Analyzing the check-out report and communicating any potential damages to the Landlord, facilitating negotiations for the return of the deposit.
Providing direct support to the Head of Property Management and the Property Management team.
