We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant role in a UK-based retail company. They are seeking an experienced Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking Personal Assistant to facilitate the investors.
 

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or another relevant subject, with a major in management, or a specialized qualification, is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (Chinese).
  • GCSE or an equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • A year of experience in technical support and/or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • At least 1 year or more relevant experience working as a PA
  • Experienced in organizing company events.
  • Teamwork, adaptability in an international setting, and knowledge of Chinese business culture are all important.
  • Capable of interacting with employees at all levels and representing the company professionally to outsiders.
  • Hands-on customer service with a can-do attitude; ability to work under pressure.
  • A structured and well-organized working style.
  • Proactive, outstanding interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Must be methodical, detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks with discretion.
  • Possibility of commuting/relocating to London.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Personal assistant to the investor's diary and meetings, including routine admin and secretarial support.
  • Organizing external and internal trips, managing external and internal relationships, and organizing company events.
  • Willing to travel for business.
  • Reporting work on time and being able to take action afterward, such as contacting managers and tracking unresolved issues
  • Providing support to managers and other employees with other administrative issues.
  • Assist the administration team in creating a better working environment through document management.
  • Quickly adapt to organizational requirements and changes, assisting in the company's growth.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and so on) and other software to increase work efficiency.
