We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Hardware Engineer role in a Massachusetts-based E-Learning Provider company. It is a platform for providing state-of-the-art robotics and AI learning experiences catered to every skill level. They are seeking to hire an experienced and highly skilled person to fill this role.
Job Requirements:
- Engineering degree in robotics, including mechanical, PCB, and embedded systems design.
- Experience with robot design, prototyping, testing, and creating quality paperwork for internal and external use.
- Long-term track record of planning and executing safety-critical projects.
- A thorough understanding of the protocols for acceptance, testing, and validation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Professional-level speaking, writing, and comprehension abilities in the English language.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of robot design.
- Coordinate closely with the software development, purchasing, and educational teams to ensure manufacturability and quality, and to lead the creation of new platform iterations.
- Upgraded design and production management are two projects to lead.
- Backward-compatible chip-crunch reengineering of existing systems (where necessary).
- Evaluation and optimization of manufacturing and design procedures.
