We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Paralegal role in a Law Practice firm based in London. it is a highly respected firm of solicitors who have been providing tailored services to its diverse range of clients for over four decades. They are looking for a paralegal who has experience representing buyers of newly constructed homes.
Job Requirements:
- Must have relevant experience representing buyers of new build property.
- Possesses a law degree (LPC is preferred).
- Prior property-related experience in a legal setting is preferred.
- It is necessary to be able to take initiative.
- Business savvy and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
- Flexibility and a collaborative approach are also required.
- Mandarin or Cantonese fluency.
- The ability to work well in a demanding team is necessary.
- Confident, proactive, dependable, trustworthy, and adaptable.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of property-related issues from the start of the matter to its resolution.
- Manage a varied caseload that includes both freehold and leasehold properties, conveyancing sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages, right to buy, new build, and plot sales.
- AML compliance.
- General administrative duties and system updates, both internally and externally.
- Touch with clients under supervision.
