We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager/Service manager role in a Personal Care Product Manufacturing company based in Cambridge. It is a regulatory firm that provides a full range of services in cosmetics regulatory, toxicology, compliance, and quality experts, all supported by cutting-edge safety software and a comprehensive database of comprehensive toxicological profiles. It is a customer-facing role that necessitates an experienced and eloquent person.

Job Requirements:

  • Smartsheet hands-on experience (how to create sheets, how to create resources management).
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills (as this is a customer-facing position).
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet and Quickbooks software is essential.
  • Project management expertise in a customer-facing role.
  • 2 years of direct project management experience.
  • Proven track record managing people.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated risk-management expertise.
  • Proven track record in agile management.
  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on expertise with Smartsheet project management software is required.
  • Ability to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding of new customers.
  • Create an order and a quotation, then assign projects to the team.
  • As needed, provide KPI reporting.
  • Control any project escalations to senior executives.
  • Ensure that the customer receives consistent status updates.
  • Signing off on stages and milestones with the customer.
  • Control the implementation project's spending and completion costs (CTC).
  • Ensure that the customer receives consistent status updates.

  • Responding to a new customer inquiry.
