We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator role in a London-based Real Estate firm. The company specialises in developing, dealing in, and managing projects in all housing and hospitality industries, including luxury houses, hotels, rehabilitation, luxury residences, apartments, and student housing. On a variety of initiatives, including exhibition campaigns, collateral production, and on-site launch events, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with a fantastic team of local and international colleagues.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing communication of at least 1-2 years is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, especially at a native level in spoken and written English, and fluency in Mandarin.
  • Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Experience with Hootsuite, email campaigns, and Google analytics is preferred.
  • An understanding of HTML, graphic and video design software, and photography is advantageous.
  • Excellent project and time management abilities, with the capacity to balance a variety of conflicting needs
  • Precision and meticulousness; proofreading; and compiling complicated material into reports.
  • Highly structured, ability to operate under pressure and accomplish deadlines.
  • Capable of working in a team and with a strong sense of duty.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of social media platform content activities.
  • Develop content for business operations by conducting research, producing copy, and editing promotional materials for new ventures.
  • Control and organise the distribution of marketing materials.
  • Design and administration of marketing and communications collaterals for both online and offline platforms, such as posters, banners, leaflets, and videos.
  • Assist with corporate event and exhibition management.
  • Assist in operations, such as the creation and overseas delivery of marketing materials.
  • support in managing and redesigning websites.
  • Help with communications activities with external PR and other corporate partners.
  • Provide efficient and prompt internal communication across regions, as well as arrange and maintain the file-sharing system.
  • General administrative responsibilities.
