We have an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper - Xero role in a Food and Beverage Manufacturing company based in Gloucester. It is an oriental cuisine company that operates both wholesale and retail. Currently seeking a permanent, full-time Xero bookkeeper who will report to the directors and be in charge of timely and accurate financial record processing.
Job Requirements:
- Motivated to consistently complete tasks on schedule and at the highest standard.
- Excellent understanding of VAT.
- Outstanding organisational abilities and the capacity to set priorities.
- Adaptable and flexible strategy.
- It's necessary to be knowledgeable about Xero.
- A Chinese speaker is highly desirable.
- Must have right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Posting of supplier invoices.
- Accounts payable and receivable consolidations, as well as reporting bank reconciliations.
- Reconciliations of inter-company ledgers.
- Assisting with the compilation of initial VAT returns and management accounts.
- General financial management.
- Process and procedure development.
