We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Processor role in a Wholesale Food and Beverage company based in Dagenham. It is an Oriental Food Specialist offering thousands of items to Asian wholesalers, supermarkets, retailers, dining establishments, cafés, and takeaways around the UK. To help the team in offering top-notch customer care to every client, they are now looking for an order processor. This is a shift job that requires working 5 ½ days per week with some paid overtime requirements during peak times.

Job Requirements:

Cantonese and/or Mandarin language proficiency
Experienced using Microsoft Office programmes like Word and Excel.
Accommodating with overtime.
Able to maintain composure and detail-oriented work under duress.
Being able to multitask.
Telephone etiquette.
Fantastic team player
A proactive attitude toward the workplace.
Time management skills.
Concentrate on customer service.
PSW visas are accepted.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring that customer orders are appropriately put into the company's ERP system.
Coordinating with the warehouse division to make certain that every order is chosen, packed, and prepared for delivery.
Coordinating delivery arrangements with the transportation division, courier, postal service, and outside transportation firms.
Updating clients on the status of their orders through communication.
Handling inquiries received by phone, email, WhatsApp, WeChat, and other channels to maintain top-notch customer service.
General administrative and clerical tasks, such as data input, filing, receiving, etc.
