We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Associate role in a Legal Services firm based in London. It is a prominent multinational law firm that advises businesses and people across the UK and abroad, with key principles of cooperation, entrepreneurship, and quality. A Qualified solicitor with the necessary experience is sought for this position.
Job Requirements:
- All degrees of PQE, qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers, and CILEX.
- Candidates with suitable work experience in residential conveyancing will be considered for the position.
- Residential conveyancing experience of 1 year is essential.
- Mandarin or Cantonese (required).
- Reading and Writing Chinese (essential); Speaking Cantonese
- Reading and Writing Chinese (essential); Speaking Cantonese
- The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the fundamentals of conveyancing and have past expertise in residential real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Work area: A combination of residential new construction and used home sales.
- Experience with residential real estate deals involving used homes is crucial.
- It would be nice but not necessary if you have experience buying new construction.
- Although not required, refinancing case handling experience is desirable.
- Experience with sales, assignments, and sub-sales is preferred but not required.
- The candidate must be able to manage transaction deadlines, interact effectively with clients, and keep agents informed of developments.
- The candidate will be required to handle their caseload (under supervision).
