We have an exciting opportunity for an OISC Immigration Caseworker role in a Business Consulting and Services firm headquartered in Shanghai. The company was one of the first to build a complete loop of foreign investment and living solutions, offering support to Chinese nationals interested in overseas investment, immigration, and educational prospects. It's searching for an OISC-certified, experienced Immigration Caseworker who can work independently with little supervision to join the team.
Job Requirements:
- Level 1 or higher OISC qualification is essential.
- 1 year of immigration caseworker expertise is preferred.
- Mandarin or Chinese fluency.
- An outstanding grasp of the English language is required because the position requires contact with clients, coworkers, and UK government bodies.
- Capable of dealing with job challenges as they emerge and prioritising a complicated and occasionally overwhelming task.
- Strong organisational abilities, the capacity to plan and adhere to crucial dates, and the ability to perform under pressure are all required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication, as well as the ability to deal with people at all levels.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients and provide immigration law advice via phone and email.
- Ability to work on matters of PBS applications (Tier 1, 2, and 4) and Skilled Professional, Innovator applications autonomously.
- Monitor and support the client all through the application procedure till the case is resolved.
- Providing comprehensive application support and recommendations.
