We have an exciting opportunity for an HR and Admin Manager role in an IT Services and IT Consulting company based in Singapore. The company aims to become the world's largest mobile game developer and distributor by focusing on international digital product creation, distribution, and operations. It is seeking to hire an individual with at least 5 years experience with relevant skills to fill this position who will administer the HR and admin tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Holder of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, including hands-on recruitment experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Mandarin or Cantonese fluency is highly preferred.
- Expertise in the Internet/IT industry is required.
- Understanding about UK Employment Law and other relevant regulations.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of working alone.
- Excellent team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Possibility of commuting or relocating to London (preferred).
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and preparing salary proposals during the recruitment process.
- Acquainted with a variety of recruitment platforms in the United Kingdom
- Review, plan, and develop various recruitment methods in collaboration with the Supervisor, as well as assess hiring efficiency.
- Maintain personnel records and manage the life cycle of employees.
- Administrate compensation and benefits, including monthly payroll, medical, insurance renewal, and salary reviews.
- Manage the office's administrative tasks.
- Oversee and carry out ad hoc HR projects as allocated.
