We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive role in a Cheshire-based Environmental Services company. The company is a Tertiary water treatment expert that develops, produces, and distributes cutting-edge water treatment systems and solutions. It seeks a competent digital marketing executive to assist in the delivery of marketing strategy, but will also encompass a variety of digital marketing tasks.
 

Job Requirements:

  • BSc in an analytical field, ideally marketing CIM (preferably).
  • Strong analytic abilities.
  • Copywriting and written communication talents are second to none.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • The capacity to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Crave for personal growth.
  • A desire to learn and grow.Extensive experience loading data into a CRM, especially Salesforce.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems such as Pardot Email Builder, ideally with Pardot.
  • Understanding of GDPR and email marketing best practices, including deliverability protection.
  • Data sourcing, collation, and cleaning expertise.
  • Google Analytics reporting and analytics comprehension.
  • Understanding of water treatment technologies (desired).
  • MS Office package proficiency, particularly Excel.
  • Adobe Photoshop expertise.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute email campaigns per marketing model using Salesforce and Pardot to meet email KPIs (emails generated, deliverability, and unique click rate) and provide the requisite volume of weekly leads via the email channel.
  • Segment the data for the best message, deliverability, and marketing calendar management.
  • Create emails with the Pardot email platform, utilising both prepared and uninitialized templates, and proofread them for content, grammar, and spelling.
  • Maintain an awareness of email best practices and industry rules (GDPR) and adapt our marketing emails accordingly.
  • Use Salesforce to manage stale leads and email responses (leads).
  • Weekly, report on KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and generate new ideas (subject lines and email body content, as well as different tactical campaigns) regularly to enhance outcomes in line with goals.
  • Source relevant data for the email campaigns from LinkedIn and Cognism.
  • Verify import the new contacts into Salesforce/Pardot.
  • Maintaining the existing email data to ensure that it is accurate, comprehensive, and current.
  • Create a social media strategy for growing our LinkedIn and Twitter accounts in accordance with your KPIs, including selecting and following a target list of organisations and connections, commenting and interacting with important targets, and weekly posting to boost followers and participation.
  • Create WordPress web pages as needed and follow CRO designs, giving special attention to SEO metadata and Yoast SEO assessment and coaching.
  • As needed, publish pdfs (case studies and white papers) to the site.
  • Contribute to the operation of the Chinese language website.
