We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Branding Manager role for a London based financial services company. The company is a fintech startup aims to disrupt the financial system by offering tools for those seeking financial independence. The ideal candidate will be the one with required skills and will be joining a close-knit team and working with the finest in the business, as well as the chance to play a key role in branding, public relations, and marketing.

Job Requirements:

•   Students in their undergraduate or postgraduate years at one of the best institutions in the world
•   3-6 years of marketing, public relations, or media experience
•   Both English and Chinese proficient
•   Knowledge about the Chinese ex-pat community in the United Kingdom
•   Prior experience in marketing/public relations jobs focusing on Chinese ex-pats in the UK is highly appreciated.
•   It is strongly recommended that you have prior expertise dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary as well as a basic grasp of financial products
•   A self-starter who devises his or her strategy and acts on own initiative
•   Energetic, entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced atmosphere
•   A responsible person who completes his or her task on time

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•   Collaborating closely with top management to develop branding initiatives to increase channel and customer trust.
•   With the help of an intern, supervise the implementation of branding strategies
•   Increase the conversion rate among consumers by increasing their trust.
•   Handle all aspects of our public image, along with all social media accounts, consumer reviews on review sites, press coverage, and forum comments in both English and Chinese.
•   Collaborate with the product team, compliance team, and operations team to develop strategies for product enhancements, new licencing, and new operational procedures that will help us strengthen our brand image.
•   Contact with channels/clients to learn about their needs and to identify any gaps that need to be filled in order to develop trust more quickly.
