We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role for a Medical Device company based in Watford. The company deals in medical tools and currently looking for fluent English and Chinese speaking experienced customer service representative.

Job Requirments:

•   High compliance level, professionalism, adaptability, and drive are required.
•   Be a proactive and upbeat person who can interact successfully with people at all levels, including patients and healthcare professionals.
•   Be well-organized, know how to prioritise well, and work independently.
•   Be able to perform successfully under pressure and within the restrictions of this role's time constraints.
•   Drive and desire to assist in the development of a best-in-class firm in the United Kingdom by providing exceptional customer service assistance.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•   Supporting the seamless operation of the UK office's administrative procedures; As needed, general office responsibilities
•   Receiving and processing orders, as well as associated operations such as billing and delivery.
•   Manage our warehouse's goods inventory levels and movements.
•   Assist with new and existing sales inquiries by collaborating with the sales and marketing departments.
•   Assist in the completion of correct documentation in accordance with client and country-specific regulations.
•   Follow all import and export processes and controls; complete all documentation needs, including import and export declarations.
